Its one of those things i have always wanted to do. Next year i feel its ready to finally make it happen.
This could be a massive mighty5s road trip.!?

I was due to go this year but couldn't due to family commitments. My mate john who is one of our newest members goes every year.
Sounds like a plan!!

yeah my uncle goes every year. he always raves about it.
he said this to me..
We normally go Friday come home on the Monday
Drive to leShuttle then it's about a 6 hour drive to LeMans
We camp about a 15 minute drive away from the circuit
Costs
general enclosure and grandstand seat about £100
Shuttle £110 per car
Camping about £30
Petrol 800 mile plus round trip
Food and beer extra

I went this year in the 5, amazing weekend and I highly recommend. If all goes to plan we're going again next year. After all the problems with the euro tunnel we had this year we'll probably go on the ferry though, worth giving that a thought if you do plan on going.

I will go one day, but it's always coincided with our summer holiday. I think SWMBO knows this and plans accordingly  I wonder if a 9month old would enjoy a road trip...? |

right i have been thinking (dangerous i know) but im not sure if i could watch cars going round and round if i couldnt get out there myself.. so im proposing a nurburgring trip!? Or a SPA trip!?? Shall i go and make another thread?..

I know what you mean about being out there yourself (bit like saturday, booked 1 session, ended up doing 3!!)
So how about we all meet up and convoy up through Wales ending up at Anglesey for a track day - block booked
Or something similar - just a suggestion?
still fancy Le Mans as well!
