OK, so a bit of background. The Flock shop was started on the back of my owning an MX5, being recently divorced, in a new area and unemployed. I was bemoaning the fact on the Nutz forum when someone suggested I take up flocking.................the rest as they say, Is history. I have now been running for over 5 years, seem to have a pretty decent reputation and have lost count of the MX5's I have flocked parts for. I wont be limiting myself to posting up pictures of MX5 parts, but will add any parts I feel might be of interest. Please feel free to post pictures of parts I've done for you and enquire if there are parts you want done. I'll start off by posting up some of my older work, then random stuff as I do it.

Looks amazing mate. A real talent. I'll pop over at some point to throw my horrible shiny dial pod at you to be done.
It'll be good to be able to see when it's sunny!

If its a plain black one, for a Mk1 let me know and ill have one ready for you. Just swap it for your one as long as it has all its clips etc in place.

Will dig out the photos of the Tailgate McNoIndicate wheel and gear knob you did Ron.
Anyone thinking of having this done then Ron knows his flock, and his workmanship is top notch, highly recommend him to anyone!

Is it an expensive process Ron? I have acquired some headlight covers that I think you may have flocked once upon a time but they are starting to look a little tired. Can something that has been flocked be flocked again? and maybe a different colour?

Can something that has been flocked be flocked again? and maybe a different colour? yup, I can reflock them. When you say headlight covers, do you mean the plastic surrounds, or the metal lids?, and no, its not very expensive at all.

Bad photo, but here's a lush colour Ron did for my missus car. I'll get some better ones at some point it looks really good in a silver car.

What condition so the parts need to be in? I'm considering getting my centre console and radio surround done on my mk1. I've started sanding the radio surround back, primered and wet sanded but it still needs quite a bit of work before paint. It's mainly just scratches and small cracks so would that be ok to flock?

Given a few of us now have DRE Shiftlights and will be removing our instrument cowls (cowels?) shortly anyway can I ask for prices / timescales to get one flocked? Is it possible to do an exchange so one isn't running around unable to see the instruments for a couple of weeks? lol
