Could do with a UK supplier of a coolant reroute setup. The spacer could be one for you to tweak and offer up Dave? a coolant reroute setup that comes with everything needed, well measured, etc, would be a great option ! I'd be up for one of these if they get made.

Hi Daves, Check out the front ARB braces available. Various options out there, some cheap some expensive, might be a good middle ground for you to explore?

Probably an easy one for you to template and manufacture would be stainless steel decat pipes?
Maybe I'm gonna need one inside the next month or so too π

dave the cat isn't a straight job, it's offset (quite a bit) :-) I agree a decent supply of good quality decats would be nice tho.

Appreciate the comments! Our development cars well and truly in bits at the moment, I'll start a build thread today whilst the BTCC is on the telly. We're certainly going to spend some time measuring up the original NA manifold to get it in the computer for future projects/products. That way whatever we make we can be sure it'll all line up with the OEM points to ensure fitment.
We're looking forward to offering more and more bits for these cars, it's great to be able to get input from you guys!

While the engine is in pieces, measure up the inlet mani as well - nothing on the market really for boosted applications, something with shorter runners and tapered chamber would be neat.

That support across from manifold to turbo could be sold separately couldn't it? As long as the bracket is specific to the turbo mounting you're using.
