It's funny. I never liked their NC and then a couple of years ago MrsHorney bought one to replace her NB 10AE. Over time I drove it a bit and properly fell in love with them. While the NAs and NBs are probably more "raw" the NCs are just some much more capable and easier to use as a daily. That's why I know own two of them! A friend of mine had a brand new one when they were first released and I just really disliked it, it did nothing for me. But now, they are looking way more appealing, I'm not sure what it is. Maybe I'm growing up haha This one is gorgeous as well, some properly nice parts chosen which compliment the car really nicely.

Well I've owned 5 MK1's now in some form or another, and like Horney I just didn't 'get' the newer cars at all. I thought they looked huge and overweight and a bit crap. But as soon as I drove one it was so difficult to go back and be happy with my MK1. Despite it being reasonably well sorted, this MK3 would 100% leave my old car for dead in every situation; on road or track, acceleration, cornering, under braking. And then you have cruise control and heated seats and a really bloody good stereo... It's kind of hard to see a way back to the older car now. Sure they have more character, but I think that's mostly just because they're old. And the headlights pop-up of course!

Cracking car. I'd love for my bodywork to be in that good a condition! I think the carbon fibre front splitter looks ace. I wish that there was an equivalent available for my NC1. I've been keeping my eyes open for something for a while now. It would brilliantly compliment the rear lip, as it does on yours. There's just something about carbon-on-white that I love.

Not much to report, I've been just driving it when I can! Still think I need a quieter exhaust, so might look into that in the coming months. I gave it a proper wash at a mates house, was covered in crap unfortunately, mainly from the brakes I think! So dusty. Lots of fallout removed. Looking as good as new again. Noticing a lot of new cars coming out with this style of wheel now, most recently the M4 CS... Must be fashionable or something! Gave the ECU features a go too, the rev-matching is really really good to be fair, though it does make it all a bit easy! The flat foot shifting is good, but I still think it's a bit harsh and I've not gone anywhere near the launch control!

Easily one of the best NC's I've seen, completely changed my mind on them now! Top notch shots as well, if you dont mind me gear creeping, what are you shooting with?
