I've been hiding lately - Kinda lost motivation to do any online forum-ey stuff.
But I guess I should update everyone or something.
I am back in the UK. Well, have been since the 15th of Feb so quite a while now I guess.
Finally started working. Another IT Jerb. It'll do - I'm learning quite a bit, and it's for a coffee company so Barista training (soon hopefully) and free coffee yassss, and it's also pretty good coffee too!
I'll be learning SQL (omg so confuse) and like a few other things as well - Networking, Infrastructure and all that jazz so pretty much Sys admin, IT overlord sorta stuff. The users in this company are quite tech savvy - we've had maybe 3 queries / tickets yesterday as opposed to the utter morons who literally want you to do their Canoeing job so no more doing 1st line basic bitch user support, so I'm gonna try and NOT get fired from this job because it is CV / Life skills Gold ahahaha.
Okay this is sounding more like a blog post now, but I don't have a blog because I'm not 15 and MySpace isn't a thing anymore.
Being back is weird. Quite a lot has changed, but at the same time it kinda just feels like we've started just where we left off which is good and bad at the same time I guess?
Also, I need a car. One that's not rusty and is of the 5th variety of a Motoring eXperiment, seen a few but they're either too far, too Canoeed, or too expensive. I've got first refusal on one already, but that's not available for a while now. My brain is saying to keep holding out as it's pretty much ready to go re: track day / touge fun time wowowowow, but I'm my soul is dying driving around in the BattleBus - the novelty has worn off fast.
Soooo, yer. that's it. I'll be more active nao.
