To ask the questions others might ask...
What engine is it? 1.8? Blueprinted?
Who did the rebuild?
Are there receipts for the work?
Was it a ground-up rebuild using 100% new parts? Or replacing service items but putting cleaned-up original bits back together?
Has it been rolling road tested?
Has it been standing or has it been used until recently?

Blueprinted? 1.6 and self built Who did the rebuild? the last owner Are there receipts for the work? no recipts but price parts up its WELL over 400£ Was it a ground-up rebuild using 100% new parts? Or replacing service items but putting cleaned-up original bits back together? new gaskets and all, reused pistons, measured crank all within tolerances, head skim, lapped valves new springs ect Has it been rolling road tested? no but its done 6000 miles in a car as stated Has it been standing or has it been used until recently? stood for the last month, turns over well by hand |
