Long story short, we got distracted with other developments We've got all the bracketry on the shelf, but we don't tend to supply much other than our own bits now days (pump, core lines etc). We're working with one of our distributors Bofi Racing to put a complete kit on the market, as it's a cool thing that's gathering dust a bit here unfortunately On a different note, the car is under going a bit of transformation. We're designing an aero package for it with a view to compete, as it probably won't be a road car after Cheers Dave & Dave

Just found this thread again! Great read! I recently bought one of your catch cans. It's very pretty, it also works well. You weld aluminium (and probably everything else) much prettier than I do. Reading this thread I came across your gearbox cooler. do you sell these? You have already made exactly what I have in pipeline for my car, figuring exactly the same thing about the 6-speed failures. If you do, please write it here and I'll go ahead and get one from you. Again, great read, beautiful craftsmanship. niklas - all still good with the oil catch can? It's like 50 quid cheaper than the Moss option I was looking at, plus if it is an easy fit with no need for bodging... It's a great catch can. Working fine Also, dave's, the gearbox cooler cant be out quickly enough.

Do they need emptying out (generally speaking)? lol I might have to get the plastic out... Agreed re: the gearbox cooler setup - I know a man eho should soon have big power that needs mitigation measures... lol (not me, sadly!) davefab - Does the 'box cooler have temperature sensors / a thermostat thing, or does it always run 'wide open', as it were? Does it come with everything to do an easy DIY fit? What is / will be the price? Will there be a group buy?? lol

Hey Guys, no worries. Does the 'box cooler have temperature sensors / a thermostat thing, or does it always run 'wide open', as it were? It does, the pump & cooling fan is controlled by a temperature switch mounted on the gearbox. Does it come with everything to do an easy DIY fit? As with all our bits, we try to make it as easy for the end user as possible. There's a large list of bits needed to make it work, we can provide all the parts in a bag as per other products with instructions if there's suitable interest. The brackets we have designed are a straight forward fit though, nothing should need to be fabricated. The braided lines will be provided built to spec by Mocal, with an inline oil filter, pump and core. Fan and wiring will require some knowledge of 12V DC systems (normal automotive wiring, fused relay off the battery.) We'd say yes to a competent DIYer, but we can appreciate it's not a beginner job. There's a hefty amount of kit needed to make it work. What is / will be the price? £750 inc VAT for everything needed delivered. Will there be a group buy?? lolYes if we can get 10 people together we're happy to offer a group buy on any of our products. Let us know and we'll put it up in the traders part. Hopefully that helps! Cheers, Dave

Soooo, do we have a group buy on these cooler kits soon? It is still a bit steep.

I appreciate the dev work DaveFab have put in, and it is currently the only off the shelf solution, but there are cheaper options. #WatchThisSpace
