Don't know. Building gearbox + diff coolers myself now. For a lot less.
But their kit is very nice.

Cool. Are you using the gearbox filler and drain for your hose ports or are you drilling new ports?

I'm sure they are great but they seemed incredibly expensive to me. +1 Rich.

Will use filler and drain. Seems to be what all others do. I haven't heard any reports of foaming etc using those.
Or actually... Supermiata is using some port up top. I need to se if that is something I can do. They do however say its the oem fill in the video. Its not the level plug though...

Yup, checked on the box. It is the neutral switch. I cant think of a single use that has on my car though? It is probably a better location for the return. Since that is moved further from the exhaust.
Can anyone think of an issue with this?
Edit. Apparently it is needed for idle control?
Edit 2: the answer to my question is yes. But one can change it in tunerstudio and essentially eliminate the need for it. I think I will do that for reasons stated above.

Not aimed at anyone here. Just an observation / opinion...
For 99.9% of the time I can't see why it would make any difference whether your car started out as an RS or any other special edition. Barely any cars are standard now. If they are, they are missing out on making them better drivers cars IMHO. If its a long term investment thing, I think you'd be waiting an awfully long time for that to make sense. I actually hope that situation never arrives as that will mess with the affordable spares.

Yeeeah... At least the "collectors edition" won't apply to my car. I'll soon get to cutting up panels. But I do think that I have a fairly stealthy install of the transmission and diff coolers coming.
I'll post pictures if it wirks out, still need a new clutch disc before the new box goes on the car. I need ceramics to handle the heat.

Why do I keep doing this to myself? Oh yeah, right. Fuji keeps destroying itself. As soon as I get some time, I suppose its time for this to get the plate lsd.

Well - at least you have it already so it's not extra expenditure! Just scanned through your thread but couldn't see anything about it - do you have the miataroadsters angled shifter, or did I imagine it? If so - what do you think? Improving the shifting on the 6 speed is next on my list, but am trying to decide between standard length or the angled longer one. Or the standard with the extension so I can choose which I prefer

Nope, have the oem shifter. Probably should get the miataroadster shifter but you know... Other things first

You know you have too much power when your car starts eating its own transmission
