I did computer science degree, but I don't trust myself to tune that. As Nikolas implies it takes some experience to get the most out of it.

Yeah, thats no problem at all. You'll even be able to get it to the usual power of 200-220 whp without much hassle (with the right parts). The big challenges are the other stuff, as much safe power as possible and driveability. Many dyno tunes need polishing on the street anyhow as the engine will face conditions there that it wont on the dyno.
