Anybody tried the sets of 4 COPs currently on eBay for about £45, I assume they are Chinese.

I'd be looking for a set of second hand original Toyota ones - I've had 2 sets, both have been about £35, and depending on if it's a car being broken or not you can get the leads with them as well...

FWIW - if you are going COP, someone did a fairly in depth analysis of the energy output of the various coils - the Audi R8 coils came towards the top of the list and are available over the shelf from a lot of places (ECP / GSF etc).
That said - you are only likely to run into problems with the Toyota coils if you are running absolutely monster power levels..

Thanks for the info, Toyota should be more than adequate, 1.6 with an M45 supercharger...
