Yes it’s not great customer service and they have lost any chance of my custom going forwards. They also charged me £120 for the “diagnosis” too!

At the very least I would complain about the “diagnosis charge” they failed! God knows what the final bill would have been if they had started throwing parts at it. Start with the dealer principal and then onto Mazda UK. Rank incompetence. What have you got to lose?
