Interesting looking at the times, a couple of the local lads have done Shelsley before and got 40 and 41 seconds respectively, the 40 second car is a standard mk1 1.6 with road tyres!

I normally have my soft compund ns2rs on so was taking it very easy with the eco spec tyres on lol! i wanna try those next. i have the ones down from those. Interesting looking at the times, a couple of the local lads have done Shelsley before and got 40 and 41 seconds respectively, the 40 second car is a standard mk1 1.6 with road tyres! Russell i can believe that. with a few more goes and bigger balls i reckon i could have gone flat out through the first left hander. before the Chicane i could have braked alot later and carried more speed through it and carried more speed on the exit which obviously would gain more speed on the final straight. but i only done it 4 times so..
