I have organised a club pitch for us at Simply Japanese, which is at Beaulieu National Motor Museum. Entry is £10 per person, and you get to park up inside, and for your £10 you can access the entire museum. Tickets can be purchased in advance here, or at the gate on the day. Yup, we can meet up beforehand and drive in together, you can also meet in the main car park and then drive to the event entrance from there. It gets very very busy!
I've got the banners from Nick now, not sure if you can have BBQs on site, I'd assume not but I'll ask anyway.
