NurseHolliday, is it not unbearable to drive on the road that loud? I thought mine was bad enough and that only came in at 97db!

Yeah if I'm just cruising about then it's a bit irksome, and it's grating on the motorway, so if I'm on the motorway or dual carriageways then I've got noise cancelling in-ear monitors in and ear defenders over the top of them.
If I'm out for a hoon though it sounds Canoeing fantastic.
I'm partially deaf, I was born deaf in one ear (hence why I talk so loudly), so I don't think I hear how loud the car is to other people, but on the flip side as a result of my deafness, I have very bad tinnitus and the car makes my tinnitus worse.
I know I need to make it quieter, I've just been putting it off because there's other work that needed doing and I've been short on money this year due to the aforementioned wedding I'm saving for.

Right so here was my first track session of the day.
got into a nice rhythm, few fun moments towards the end when i got a bit cocky. stupid camera lens steams up. Both sessions i was out with rich, first session he was cruising getting used to the circuit and breaking his freshly rebuilt engine in niceley.
second session i took nurseholiday out, we chatted breeze and had a laugh, rich then overtook us and started gunning it and picking up the pace, i couldnt keep up. even when he nearly binned it later in the session i still couldnt keep up. Nurseholiday was encouraging and advising throughout lol. Great sessions i thoroughly enjoyed!!
