4AGE 4-Throttle ユーノス ロードスタ S-SPECIAL NA6CE by batousan 2, on Flickr Drove it round the block, no drama just honk noises and off throttle pops. Will drive it to a petrol station soon and go from there 😂 Tyres rubbing a bit so my alignment is not perfect but can sort that before I get it somewhere for a proper setup. Very hype that it works and didn't fall apart though! (Low standards I know).

Took it for a proper drive yesterday and went really quite well apart from the srubbing on where the front bumper connects with the arch (i've added a tonne more postive caster than it had previously so need to interference that a bit. Haha, last time I checked I am still a man and not that young (over 40, but under 50)

Did the chassis with Lanoguard whilst I had to change the wheels. Used their kit with the sprayer & cavity tube. Very easy to just spray on & the cavity tube is brilliant for getting into the sills, boxes & front chassis legs, used the grease on the suspension bolts. I hope the smell goes away as it flipping stinks. Smells like it’s been parked in a sheep shed.

Been looking at the FineCut shifters again, I don't know what he's changed but you're a lot cheaper to get them from him than BOFI (could be import taxes) - he's 260 euros, 26 euros shipping. Anyway, they look really good HEREWith a centre console delete, window switches above the radio, some bucket seats - I'm guessing it'd be a nice place to be.

I’m really impressed with the finecut shifter. The difference is the spherical bearing is replaced with 2 single axis bearings & the change is more precise.

As in the old design is better or the newer? There is a guy selling the old one second hand if that's the better way to go.

Been thinking about that, but I still have half a gallon on waxoyl that I am using on my rear arches at the moment. Is the aroma similar? I quite like the smell of waxoyl on a sunny day.

The smell of waxoil is ok. This Lanoguard just smells of sheep, fortunately it seems to go away.
