I now have to change my engine out for a lower mileage Eunos lump. My current car is a '97 Mk1 UK 1.8 but the Eunos engine is an earlier model, I think it's a '94.
I have an MSPNP2 on it's way but is specific for the '97-'98 mk1, can I change everything over form my '97 to the '94 so that the sensors, loom, harness etc work with my MS ECU or do I have to punt it on and get the right ECU for the '94?
Thanks in advance!

There might be a bit of mucking around with the loom but there's absolutely no reason to change the ECU. I'd have a re-map though.

Remap will be on the cards regardless as it's a secondhand MS ECU for a car running a T28 turbo whereas I'll be using a TD04. I've asked in a few places and the consensus is it should work, but as you say, maybe a bit of faffing.
If anyone thinks otherwise, please let me know.
Thanks for your input Howard.
