Not bad for 2 hours work:- IMG_0658 by Rich Glindon, on Flickr So it seems the mystery "rattle", once id sorted all the other ones and thrashed it around Combe last wednesday turned out it was bottom end, will have the engine on the bench saturday, check the shells, hope its not the crank PITA but there you go!! got to be up and running for the next Autosolo July 9th

Not much - just lifted the block out - sat on my toolbox at the moment, will take it apart Saturday. I have noticed a lot of play in the gearbox input shaft, I know some is normal as the shaft is supported by the spigot bearing, any gurus on here got any idea of what is acceptable, I'll try and post a video sometime
