Hi All
I have just picked up a secondhand Sparco Sprint V which I will (as funds allow) fit to my car.
However, I want to use the JB Mounts on it to get as low as possible in the car. This means the standard mounting point for the seatbelt buckle is not there any longer... Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you mount the buckle?
I confess I have no interest in trying a full harness setup. A normal 3 point system will be fine for this as it is primarily a road car.
Any thoughts welcome.

Didn't the seatbelt mounting points change from model to model?
IIRC the early cars were attached to the seat/frame but the later cars were bolted to the floor?

I had exactly this issue You need an early mk1 flexible buckle that bolts to the fixing point on the transmission tunnel

One of these is needed You will have to cut a bit of carpet out to expose the bolt hole and the smaller hole for the little backing plate to go into
