Anyone know the clutch / input shaft spline size & count? I've bad ideas about using one of my 'spare' APracing multiplate clutch covers on my car & I guess that the chances of Mazda using the same spline size as the Ford (1"/23spline) plates I have would be nil Rich.

(lack of) Update.... I've just measured & counted the input shaft spline on an earlyish 5 speed NA gearbox, counted 22 teeth / splines & 24mm diameter. tipically, AP Racing list 22t & 1" or 21t & 24mm more digging before I buy plates from Supermiata & eat the postage as well as import taxes Kevlar/Carbon, discs only $249.00 supermiata.com/Replacement-Disc-725-Miata-Clutch.aspx although, if I'm buying transatlantic then theres other goodies to consider...... 12.7 lb Street flywheel $325.00 supermiata.com/flywheel-725-Miata-Clutch.aspx$574 total = £450 or so plus postage.... do I need it? doubtfull..... do I WANT it? F'ckeye & remember I already have a multiplate-clutch cover so saving cash Rich.
