Martin Prescott has been winning Solos in a mK2 for 4 years and does about 15 a year in standard car. He was in a very nice BBR Super charged mk3 at this event, much want on the blower front here. Ooooh. He did say last time I saw him he was thinking of changing car as the mk2 was getting on. It was his daily as well.

He didn't beat me, nor did Mike Biss, got my revenge on him for my last visit to finmere where we tied and he got the win on a tie-break, mwha ha ha ha , Steve Woodings battered me though in a mk2 very fast, dropped me by 6 secs in the first round, I could find no grip until it dried out, I was out first though.

Steve's a hard fellow to beat as well. Love watching him drive, he's so physical with the car.

He did some lovely drifts through the trees, properly on it, looked good.
