I haven't logged in to Retro Rides forum for quite a while, so tried today and can't seem to get anywhere ... it looks like it's on the same type of forum software or whatever it's called as this one ... proboards. When I use my login details, it's not letting me in ... saying "The account you are trying to link has already been upgraded or linked. Please login with your email address."
But how do I do that? If I enter my email address as the Username, another error comes up saying that's not your username ... aaaaarrrgh!!
I've tried every combination of username and passwords that exists, off both forums and nothing has worked .... any ideas?

I can't really help other than to say RR still works fine for me, and I have the same username on both.

Proboards have introduced a "global account" principle some time ago. It means you have a global account on Proboards, identified by your email, and then you could associate this global account with your logins on each Proboard-based forum. Are you absolutely sure you're using the correct email address when you're trying to login? Maybe worth trying recovering your global account here: login.proboards.com/forgot/ ? |

Thanks guys, I have reset the global proboards password, but it isn't recognising me. On Retro Rides my name was vindi49, but when I reset my password it said hello Vindi (Russell) and said I was logged in to the global thing. But whether I use either the username, new display name or old display name it won't accept it!
I'll try the forum as it's doing my head in!
