Well i bought it in anticipation of buying a mk3 which never materialised, much like yourself i wanted to import one.. but the cost, and well you get the idea. This is the intake www.roadster-nc.com/2013/05/fujita-f5-air-intake.html?m=1It's basically a cone filter and some ally pipework to locate it low in the front grille. It's in the box for a few years now.

Not much, around 60 if i need to post it, less if you want to collect from liverpool way. I stupidly paid about 200.
What's really annoying is i also got the genuine mazda bonnet lifters but have lost them somewhere moving house and just have the instructions and fittings.

Nick - is this your first NC? I'd be interested to know whether the handling is so wildly different to the mk1&2 as claimed by various reviews, always look ok when I've seen them. Sandy seems pretty useful in his!

It's not as good but at the moment it's in terrible tyres and the alignment is no doubt a fair distance from optimal. Once I've brought the ride height down to sensible levels (not slammed), fitted some good road tyres and had the alignment done I'll have a better idea.

But yes, it's my first NC. The wife has one that's lowered but that's also on crap tyres. Handles better than mine by not by much.

So I popped into see Skuzzle on my way home from work to show him my latest purchase. This then happened: Untitled by Nicholas Horne, on Flickr Untitled by Nicholas Horne, on Flickr Power at the wheels. They came with 158bhp at the flywheel so now its around 165bhp at the flywheel. Just a map with no mods at all. Not a huge power increase which isn't surprising but the changes to the throttle peddle map is a revelation! The car is transformed.

MX5 Parts back box won on eBay for £165 collected and it's dead local. Bit of a bargain as they're £299 new and this one had only been on the car a couple of weeks.
