Being dyslexic wheels confuse the hell out of me.

I'm looking at getting a set of wheels for the project car. It's lowered on springs.

Currently looking at some that are 15inch et30 7.5j. And ideally don't want to roll arches. This is the car. 17inch wheels that kinda rub.

As I see it, they'd fit fine on a non lowered 5.
Also what size tyres will be best for my dilemma?
