Swap my mk2.5 for your Mk1

I've posted this up on the facebook groups a couple of times, I might as well have it here too...

Mk2.5 1.8vvt 2002, 103k but in daily use so on the up. Cosmetically a little tatty which I'm working on at the mo, the NSF wing was damaged so I've replaced it with the same colour (almost), the boot laquer peeled so I wrapped it, the dent in the OSR quarter I'm pulling at the mo, the rear bumper is cut for a side exit though I have a perfect condition black one ready to fit (mine is dark blue) and the front bumper is cracked which I haven't started on.

Mechanically though its great. full service with all filters, cambelt and coolant done in may, 4wa done in jan but I feel like it wants another so i'll do that soon. a couple of trim rattles but otherwise solid.

Mods are HSD dualtech coilovers, Ashcroft ATB diff, Rota 15" wheels, MX5Parts dual exit stainless pipe, unbranded air filter, MX5Parts angel eye headlights, Cobra bucket seat, dished steering wheel, Rightclick CDL and a decent stereo upgrade.

I'm after a Mk1 1.8. Preferably black or white, with an MOT so we would swap on a Sunday and then I can drive it to work the next day. Mods would be nice,  and any variance in value could be negotiated by swapping mods from one car to the other... though I do want to have a LSD on the mk1 either standard or swapped, ideally.
