Well, considering I have all the club stands and passes and vouchers.... I'm hoping they're correct!

Japfest 2017 - Tickets and passesHey everyone, So, I've printed off all tickets, passes, vouchers and a map for Sunday. I've even put these all into a handy little folder for you, as well as laminating the pass thing you have to hang on your rear view mirror, so we might even look semi-pro with our club admin. FFS Corders knows how much joy I get from organising prarrie canoe like this, so yeah. It's sad, but I've loved every second of putting this all together. jackyboy - do not worry!! All of your tickets are here (Bar Natasha's - I'm presuming you have hers now that Japfest have emailed it to you?), safe in their little pack. Really looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday morning, bright and early. Nick is going to sort out meeting point and time this evening for us all, the wonderful leader that he is. Meg xxx

Yay thanks Megan Has James got two sets of car passes too? One for club stand. One for track time booking?

Yus i has separate number on my track pass - B17 as it happens
The track pass is just for people to get onto the site who dont have a club stand. The thing you need to hang on your rear view mirror is the club stand pass which Megan has all of
Then those of us on track need to put the three pit lane passes on windscreen and both sides of the rear window (if you have your roof down on track you may have to get creative 😂)

Right, meeting up for the passes. THe pub idea sounded good but I figured it'll be rammed as there's so many clubs going. THerefore I propose we meet at this little side road marked on th Map below (Yes I know my scribbles look like a canoe). Time wise I reckon 7:00am meet, leave at 07:15 to allow us all to get in and those doing early track time to get to their briefing.

I was trying to indicate which turnings to take and the route. I realise it's a very poor effort and also looks like a winky.

Cool. A good choice for our lowered friends, looks like no speed bumps. I propose from now on, that the road/meeting point shall be known as "John Thomas Lane". Huehuehue.
