Now I appreciate that this clashes with 5fest. But for those of us who aren't going to 5fest, I will again be setting up a stand for us this year. It is generally a good day out, with lots of cars to look at & of course full access to the Motor Museum. The cost is Ā£10 which you can pay on the day at the gate (in cash). I have booked the stand for 15 cars, but there is usually plenty of room, but can't guarantee you'll get on the stand if we go over 15. |

Just FYI it says on their site about all club stands turning up together, so may be worth us all meeting at the nearest petrol station or something?

There's an Esso in Dibden Purlieu, not far from Beaulieu, we could all meet there?
BoringGit do we need to arrange a special club stand ticket or whatever for us?

Just looked, you can pre-book a club, and this means you get let in earlier to get parked up. I think we all need individual tickets too, so I'm assuming the club ticket is free. www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-japanese/Edit: If you've already sorted this then just ignore me yo. |

You don't have to turn up together. It is just easier for some of the bigger clubs.
I have a window label for you to use which I will get on here in the next day or so. Provided you have that in the window you will be directed to the stand.
Nick, banner would be great - but not sure how you'll get it to me.
