Currently running a set of these, they were on the car when I bought them. Any recommendations from people with experience on there ballpark figures for optimal damping for road use? Also what ride heights are people running in order to avoid scrubbing issues without arch work?

Full hard minus 6 clicks for me, changes on track depending on conditions or person driving it.
Height wise 310mm front, 320mm rear (centre of wheel to arch) - or lower wishbones parallel to the floor

I'll try this later on today. Are they easy to change?

Very, open the bonnet and boot, and the 'clickers' are a twist knob on top of the suspension strut.

When I had a set of these I found them crashy on full soft and a bit bouncy on full hard. So somewhere in the middle is a good place to start.
They're great on smooth Europe roads on full hard though. In the UK not so much. Good kit though regardless.

Yeah I adjusted mine this morning, previous owner had them set to full hard all round!!! No wonder my spine was coming out the top of my head every bump I hit.
