Im hoping this is the right place for this, and I'm sure it's already been answered, but does anyone have any idea where the tombstone in Rocketeer's MX5 comes from? I've got an Apple car play head unit from my last car that I would quite like to install in my 5, but don't like the idea of it sitting behind the gear stick. They seemed to have transposed the aircon/heater unit with the headunit. Any one got any ideas where this is from or does anyone know of a build thread for this motor? Cheers!

It's hard to say as virtually everything is bespoke on that car, I suspect he fabricated it, but others will correct me if I'm wrong.

I did think that's probably the case. I'll see if I can contact them via their website. If it's a part they made, maybe they should mass produce it, I know I'd like one!

I actually contacted Bruce via his website in the end, and he responded pretty damn sharpish. But you are correct, the tombstone is a mixture of an old tombstone and some clever 3D printing!
