Didn't fancy forking out £1k for the Track Dog racing intercooler kit for my Jackson Racing Supercharger set-up so I set about putting together my own. Intercooler £60 Slimline Fan £30 2 right angle stainless steel pipes (+ a 45° one I didn't use in the end) £30 Silicone joiners £30 Clamps £28 Lower rad hose £6 Nuts bolts and threaded bar £7 Flat Steel bar for intercooler brackets £5 Re-drilled & repositioned the existing lower radiator brackets to drop the radiator down 2 inches and leant it back using long bolts (had to cut away a few mm of steel lip here and there at the edge of the engine bay and radiator frame to give a good fit) . Cut away the front steel shelf on front of the radiator to make room for the pipes and edged the indents with vacuum hose. Shortened pipes to suit. Hung the intercooler on threaded bar from brackets I made up using cut offs of flat steel bar. Just got some plastic/aluminium shrouding to make up and it's all done. Pretty pleased with my budget effort!

Radiator cap was off because I was bleeding air after refilling the coolant.
