I get a knock/clunk when coming on the brakes, then another when coming back off. So far most of what I've read has been ball joints or people missing pad spring clips.
Had the front end up yesterday and gave everything a good pull/wiggle, doesn't seem like there's any excessive play in any of the ball joints (admittedly I provide far less load than braking forces...) and also the pad clips are there.
Drop links and ARB bushes are in good condition and tightened correctly, as are all the suspension bolts. Only other thing I can think of are wishbone bushes, upper ones looks fairly knackered. Any other suggestions before pulling the wishbones off and beginning the expensive job of replacing all the bushes?

Had the front of the car up again, everything is torque down. Regreased slide pins, pad clips are fine as well. Stuck my phone next to the trans tunnel, you can hear the sound it makes as the brake pedal is modulated, almost sounds like a creaking. drive.google.com/open?id=1hvxrvCBTNgWZGhzMQx8uANXxKbaypKvKlg(Can't post through photobucket for some reason) Any ideas?

I'm just going to list parts now as I'm a monkey when it comes to mechanics lol
Is the pedal box tight to the firewall or wherever it's mounted? Gearbox mounts? Engine mounts? Top mounts? Brake pedal hinge greased? Any movement at the master cylinder?
Does it make the noise when stationary (stationery? lol) or only when load is transferring under braking?

Agree with wannabe......the key to this is to see if it does it whilst stationary.
If it is creaking like that as you apply the brake whilst stationary, I would get a friend to listen to each caliper and you max well find one of them making the noise.
If so.....remove it and hold the piston and caliper in a set of large swan neck pliers...as if trying to force the piston back in, and get a friend to apply the brake.
You may find the piston sticking a bit as it comes out....vibration through the plier handles etc. If so a refurb caliper is probably your best bet!
Also check pad wear on both n/s and o/s (is even) inner and outer as a very good indicator of any caliper/slider issues.
Good luck!

Should have said that to begin with, it only occurs when moving!
The volume/number of knocks corresponds to breaking pressure and speed, ergo don't think it's the pedal or sticking pistons, the callipers are only just a year old as well.
Sprayed the wishbone bushes with silicon spray, still makes the noise, but has quietened it a little. Look like the wishbones coming out to see how dead they are.

yep good indicator if you have at least reduced the noise with silicon spray!

Have you done any work recently that involved removing the brake disc? You can easily get dirt trapped behind them, making them sit wonky.

I hadn't, but took everything off that side last week and gave it all a clean. I'll see what the runout on the disk is when I'm next home!

Easy to just whip the disk off and clear the rear of it off so it sits flat. Whenever I had caliper noise before, it was often the slider pins not quite being seated right - listening to your video though sounds like more suspension-related noise, like it's kind of creaking.
Good luck, and keep us updated.
