Mk 1 Eunos roadster,
Japanese import so all the usual toys. Limited Slip Diff, Electric Windows, Power Steering, Proper full fat heater (toasty hot)....and get this.....working air con!!!
Drives superb and handles great on its uprated suspension giving sensible ride height and a decent ride. Car is fitted with "ACE" 5 spoke alloys (look them up, i was surprised at what they do)!! shod with decent Firestone Firehawk tyres. Interior is in great nick decorated with steel vent rings and stainless "Roadster" kickplates. Tombstone seats are unmarked and provide great comfort. Original Momo 3 spoke steering wheel complete with centre pad. There is a stereo fitted with 2 USB ports and the ashtray has been deleted in favour of a double cup holder.
Mechanically fine showing good oil pressure, this is an actual reading rather than the dummy gauges fitted to some UK models. Temperature is constant and the 1.6 twin cam fizzes round the rev range. Subtle mods include a JASMA 4 branch manifold and an aftermarket air filter. Clutch and gearbox are spot on where they should be enabling the legendary snicky, precise gear changes. Clock is showing around 113,000 km which equates to approx 72,000 miles. Previous MoT's seem to back up the mileage though i can not guarantee this.
A new MoT was issued on the 30th March 2017 and required 2 new headlamps and the drivers side rear outer cill welding.
The car is tidy with no dented panels, obviously for a 25 year old car, there are some minor bruises but nothing serious. Getting up close there are a couple of blemishes in the metallic blue paintwork, notably to the front nearside wing and a palmprint on the bonnet. The original colour seems to have been Mariner Blue but it has been repainted in the current metallic at some stage omitting the engine bay and door facing.
The vinyl hood is in good condition and plastic screen is in good order though a little "opaque" .
all in all a good Mk1 that could be bought back to an excellent condition with a bit of time. Solid low mileage Mk1's are getting harder to find.
Hard top is not included in the sale.
Should you require any further info please feel free to contact me on 07954726099 or 02392 469032. i can sent photos by email, wassapp or message until i can figure out how to do photo, bucket, shop, snap....whatever,
cheers
