I timed that Evo on Saturday over 1 lap and it was doing 1.19s
Best I managed was a 1.29. It's the firat time I've been out on that track in years and was surprised by the amount of grip out there.

I almost crashed on the pit lane when accelerating to join the track!! How does this even happen? lol too much man foot? I'll second what Minty said. I did the same twice. Ended up going on to the grass first time😂

Your lap times have significantly improved sandy through experience. Do you think you could be faster than the 5 now with your previous awesome horse power cars? Without Doubt, in the Fiat Coupe with a crap exit from camp I would reach quarry at ~135mph such was the Fiat Coupes grunt in between the corners, so fast, I peak at 110mph in the MX5.

Yeah action days are manic. People diving down the inside and overtaking any thing and any one. I recall on my first time on track i was a lamb to the slaughter going into quarry. About 5 cars were around me for the whole corner. canoeing myself on my first time! And still to this day i had various very fast cars flying past me in the braking zones. I think the mcr lancer is the worst for it! I am not a asshole on track really. Any thing coming up behind me i let by immediately. Anything that is really slow i wait for them to indicate out the way which they are usually clever enough to do. All it takes is a indicator.. For me to follow a car for a few laps who is clearly not a novice and is clearly being blocking me, its hard to take that. They should not be on track if they have not been able to see me when i have been behind them for a few laps. Can of worms eh At japfest i will have a close eye on you oli and if i see you doing naughtys i will spank you. As you know I did the Combe sprint recently (my fastest lap was 1.31) - and its great to have the track to yourself, but it does not have the visceral excitement of being out there with other cars. I also think that when you are doing multiple laps, one after another, it gives more chance to build to a faster and faster lap, improving each time - hopefully (or pushing too hard and losing it!) So im looking forward to JDM see if i can do better incidentally how are all you chaps timing (apps etc?) Not that I care what my lap times are

They have re surfaced most of the track in recent years. The only old track left is from bobbies and through camp up until the pit exit. Yeah action days are manic. From a sprint you cant really get any momentum and rhythm. My best ever lap at combe was after lunch. Towards late afternoon i was shattered but still trying to push and i span off at the esses. Did not even try and correct it i was that exhausted. I use race chrono. Free ap.

They have re surfaced most of the track in recent years. The only old track left is from bobbies and through camp up until the pit exit. NA 1.6 Gt2560rs at about .8bar, Blackcat manifold, home made 2.5" exhaust ME221 running an old Map Skuzzle from a T3 chinacharger I was running up till a couple of weeks ago. 550cc Fast Five injectors Nitron shocks with 575/450 spring rates Poly bushed Lots of camber 1.8 discs wit carbotech XP8s all round and Motul CBF600 brakefluid 2 year old 195 50 15 595Rsr on that outing Oh and a badly slipping clutch. Timing was done by my Mate on a stopwatch near the pit entrance using some tires as a marker. I was being a girl into alot of the corners and braking early. I normally tow it to tracks so was scared about coming off if. I'm gonna tow it next time. It's horrible on the road 😂
