not sure where the best place to put this,
As some will know I like to make things, not long ass videos like this, but generally tinker with stuff and if I can make a cheap alternative to mega expensive off the shelf stuff I'm all over it.
This brings me to the datalogs overlayed onto my trackday footage...
NO IT'S NOT A VBOX
I've been asked too many times about how it's done, so now you'll know!
realistically, you would normally not want to have the data overlayed, as if your a bit poo like me it shows where your being chicken on the throttle or brakes.
But as a technical excercise, the cost of the software, cheap android tablet and gps receiver has seen me ££££'s better off for essentially the same result as something like a Vbox
