I'm very impressed with my gtx2863r .64 ewg.
It spools like a .. well, better than a small td04.
It's capable of 430 bhp on gasoline according to garrett. I've seen 470 on e85.
So if you ask what the best 28-series turbo is, the gtx 2860-2871 is probably the answer depending on your application.
