Looking at a turbo setup again ... love the idea of an EFR but can't stretch to that ... so what's the best T25 / T28 fit turbo I can get?
Not looking for huge power, although something capable of 300bhp would give me some headroom for future mods. Ideally looking at quick spool, no lag etc .. I have an MS3 and wideband already, manifold will be a decent flowing one with a 2.75" (I think) downpipe
Rest of the car is already at a very high standard so can take the power easily

GT28RS Is that not a really old design? My worry is using such an old design won't do me any favours when it comes to driveability ... not that I want to stump up the cash for an efr turbo but I was hoping for something a bit more modern. Russell |

If you're looking for 300bhp you'll get it easily with one of those. |

Davefab gave me the keys to there 5 on Saturday.
They must be mad. Im sure i spun out more times than anyone else.
My car is quick(my opinion). Fastset I saw in the GPS on the strights was 95. Davefab car with me driving, 110.
For the price of there kit even with the 1k+ turbo I truly believe it's worth every penny.
If my latest manifold fix doesn't work, I'll be going 100% davefab and savingmyself alot of time and headache.

Davefab gave me the keys to there 5 on Saturday. They must be mad. Im sure i spun out more times than anyone else. My car is quick(my opinion). Fastset I saw in the GPS on the strights was 95. Davefab car with me driving, 110. For the price of there kit even with the 1k+ turbo I truly believe it's worth every penny. If my latest manifold fix doesn't work, I'll be going 100% davefab and savingmyself alot of time and headache. How does this work? Even I was hitting over 100 on both straights at llandow with a basic td04.. and my car is nowhere near as fast as yours! |

Whats the plan Russell? Road or track build? More track than anything else, the car is stripped and has a full cage etc so will only need to be a fun car Russell |

Speedo will usually be over by a good amount at 100mph Russell Yeah goes without saying. My Speedo isn't very accurate. Those speeds were on a GPS lap timer so should be about right. |
