I've not been active on a car forum for years. I used to use the itr-dc2 forum a lot years ago, prior to that the 106rallye register (both smaller bases) Sort of got back into the whole browsing forum's thingy again after I started tinkering with my new 5 and this place does have a likeminded, friendly nice feel to it. More of what we want to read - proper cars, with people who are genuinely interested in reading and learning about what other people are up to, meeting up and keeping these little cars going. The other popular club does seem a little hectic at times + full of low budget how do i boost my 5 threads  I haven't been to a meet for.....7/8 years? Looking forward to coming along to one on here as soon as there is a local(ish) one. |

Great mission statement. I've only just found you guys and already I'm impressed with the friendliness and helpful members. Once my car is fettled I look forward to being part of the community on screen and off. Hopefully on chilled drives out to lovely sunny beer gardens, where we can start an impromptu slalom around their garden furniture.  Oh, if you need any illustrations I'm your man. |

Since leaving art college I've been an illustrator for various design consultants. I can do pretty much any style, although I prefer to do the more fun characters than technical. Although I can do pretty much anything. Most of my clients are the city boy firms. I have just finished a children's book and will be looking for a publisher shortly. A small sample of my work is on here under the gallery, although I am slack with updating it...

It's a shame but happened to a biker site I was part off, the old site owner left a new one took over. But there was no real way to find how we had to pay for the site, first year yes but then that one left. In the end a guy with an idea rip half the members to a new site, our site or name had great hits and the bought by god knows who. We sort of built it back but then it just fell to bits as the member who made the new one left lol. I guess it love lows and life of forums and the work load stress behind it all. We could all help raise money by robbing a bank and making a film out of it, lets call it the MX5 JOB  Maybe I'll just take a look at the shop then |
