Clutch slave cylinder probably. Still got fluid in it? TBH I kinda forgot to check before ditching it. The clutch slave is super easy to swap, you can get access to it by taking the drivers wheel off. You might be able to get it working enough with some lube and gentle clutching to limp home.

Go bump start it, you'll soon find out whether its loss of friction or the clutch isn't disengaging the drive train from the engine, pick you're route well and you should be able to drive it home with steady gear changes (easier to go up the box than down) Sadly it's impossibly - I managed to finally get it in 4th only, and managed to pull away with lots of revs to a safe side street. The clutch will not disengage at all, so cant start it in gear with pedal down, and cant get it back into any gear now from neutral. Its stranded. Will sort it later today when I have more time...

Hope you're not still waiting?? lol Haha. AA bod made no attempt to fix it at all. Towed me back but his sat nav took us a route over the most horrible speed bumps EVVAR which he proceeded to go over at 30mph. I dread to think what the underside of my car looks like now, never had such big hits!

That is annoying...
Worth mentioning it to AA HQ??
Dread to think of the damage if it had been something lowered.

It is lowered lol, not very happy. Biggest issue is how I get the Jack under the car when I can't drive it up ramps....
