Hi all,
I'm looking at replacing suspension/wishbone/subframe fasteners with stainless to prevent future problems. Do you know of any companies that do a complete replacement kit?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Try Dave Middleton, he mainly does replacement bolts for bikes and I doubt he'll have a kit but his fasteners are good quality. The long bolts going to be a problem, can't imagine anyone having one with the right dimensions off the shelf, personally I'd have someone cut threads both ends on a length of round bar and use nylocks both ends

I'm going to try my Local fastner place and see what they can do as apparently they have quote "millions" of fastners in stock. Just wondered if anyone had seen a nut and bolt kit for sale as Google isn't really helping me.

Update:
Managed to get around half the fastners I need from a company local to me.
The other half I'm going to give to a local metal coating company to clean and Zinc plate. Result!

Does stainless have the right tensile strength? I didn’t think you could get bolts strong enough in stainless.

I did pose this question myself. The real load bearing stuff such as the rear lower arm outer bolt I'm going oem with plating, more so to the fact I can't find the correct shank calibre in stainless. Smaller fasters I'm going with grade 8.8 stainless. It's an age old argument but I've been assured by professional people that it will not cause any weak links.
Its personal preference I guess, everyone has their own opinion on it.

Does stainless have the right tensile strength? I didn’t think you could get bolts strong enough in stainless. Depends on what grade you go for. You can get various grades of high(er) tensile strength stainless, i.e. A4-80. It can get quite expensive, and you may have to compromise on the corrosion resistance.
