Personally I love it. Such a shame these different front ends are so expensive and hard to obtain. I guess they’d lose the charm if they were everywhere. http://instagram.com/p/BRM5VqMAVPy

Frog eye!
There was a chap who came to the Sussex brekkie meet with this front
Not to my taste on an mx5 but would love to own a frog eye sprite

I prefer that to the pit crew front, the pit crew lights always look to low down to me.

It helps it look happier than a pitcrew

For such a nicely put together car, it's a shame they couldn't afford lights that didn't have to be held together with electrical tape.

I think it looks awful... And I don't like the pitcrew either, the front looks too low on those, like it's melted.
If that was the factory look I wouldn't own one.

It reminds me of an Ashley Sprite which is why I like it I think.
I once saw a Pitcrew on FB which bucked every trend going. Scruffy, unpainted and sideways. I bet he didn’t even have Meisters it was that anti-scene.
Of course rose tinted glasses might be a factor but I remember loving it at the time.

Sounds like JimmyP's one - it looked rough but was a beast underneath

That's the look I'm going for - and it's nothing at all to do with the fact I can't afford a respray and wouldn't trust the local chavs not to key it even if I could... lol
