Just a quick question on the off chance someone here might know.

Are Hot Hoods MX5 still around? I ask as I need a new roof fitted, and ideally by a mobile fitter. They are close to me (I’m based in Cheshunt, Herts) and seem ok but I can get no answer at all.

I wondered if anyone knew anything about them, or if someone knows of a good alternative place to try?

I’m after a blue mohair top, with plastic screen if that matters?

It seems the guy has been in hospital, hence the difficulty in getting in contact.

I don’t think so, though as a total stranger I didn’t like to ask too much.

But he said he’d be back fitting hoods in a few weeks, which suggests nothing too serious I think.
