I've been meaning to get back out on the pushbike for years now. I've got a Cube Peloton Race (2009/10) sat in the garage collecting dust. I used to ride into work every day when I was a skint apprentice, and had no driving licence/car. My rear canoe is too fat to ride it properly now. God bless aircon & heated seats.

I’ve got a Mk3 Chopper. It looks cool, it’s a Canoe to ride for any distance.

I’ve got a Trailstar frame somewhere and a freshly painted 2000 Santa Cruz Chameleon too. Really should chuck them on eBay at some point!
This new stuff does nothing for me, love the turn of the century stuff!

I had a 5 quid racing bike I was going to turn into a Fixie. Someone nicked it from my garden. Jokes on them, it has 2 flat tyres and the gears were knackered so it slipped if you pedaled it hard.
I do have a proper bike in the shed and I should dust off my lycra and cycling shoes and start riding to work again.

I have a 2013 cube analog. It's OK, I find it a bit snatchy and twitchy compared to my old orange, but nowadays I follow my 5 year old around on her islabike rather than any proper riding.

Cube Peloton Race 2014. Served me well for several years commuting and the occasional weekend outing. Still going strong. Also have a Voodoo Bizango which is great for blasts around Cannock (well suited to hardtails in my opinion). Switched to a n/w single chainring but that's about it. Didn't quite cut it at the Forest of Dean, Bike Park and Afan Forest last year - would definitely have benefited from a full suspension! Tempted by a 2014 Orange Five RS a guy at work has for sale.

Pinnacle Arkose 4: My new everyday/do everything bike, got it the same week my baby arrived but still ridden it s fair bit already. Standard apart from the pink Fizik tape, SKS mudguards (because it’s my commuter) and the Mavic Aksium rear wheel. The rear wheel wasn’t a choice, it was an ex demo clearance bike from Evans that had this wheel and as a result it was £500 cheaper so I call that a bargain. My friend is giving me some tubeless wheels at a bargain price so it’ll soon be sporting purple Hope hubs on Stans Grail Disc rims with Schwalbe G One tyres. The bike itself is banging, mix of 105/Ultegra, full hydro discs - amazing, reliable stopping power compared to rim brakes on my old road bike - and full carbon forks. I’ve already commuted on it, done a couple of road rides, a bit of muddy cx, and even some single track which was hilarious. It can do a blue run but there was a lot of shouting, laughing, and thinking “that was close!!” Catching up to people on full sus mtbs while riding a gravel bike on a mtb run was pretty funny. Genesis Madison Track: I built this up from a frame only and have had this for many years now. My last “sweet fixie” since I’ve sold all my others. This used to be my everyday commuting bike and I used to do a lot of winter training on it but I got fed up of always having a soggy bum and it’s a proper track bike so no chance of fitting decent mudguards. I once did a fixed century on it and didn’t look at it again for a few weeks 🤣 It’s currently pretty Canoeing light already but the Velocity Deep V wheels are letting the side down so I might buy some China carbon 50mm deep rims to maximise the posing potential. Mostly used for dry day commutes and just bopping about town now when the weather is nice. Dialled Bikes Prince Albert: Built this up from a frame too. My last steel bike and it’s Reynolds 853 and it’s a banger. Canoeing love this bike, I crash it every time I ride it, including into a tree in Wales at Cwmcarn. That one really hurt. I don’t even have a pic of it finished or out on the trails because I’m always too busy riding it!!
