Flywheel will be ok but I’d want a new pressure plate with a new clutch. Also a new genuine release bearing.

Let's pretend I'm being pikey as you like.. I have a spare low-mileage box in the garage, could I get away without a new pressure plate?

I run this in my 210whp mk1...
Plate with original pressure plate. I did however get an OEM release bearing thingy to install.
Held well for over a year with no issues..

That's reassuring to know, cheers man. To be honest, the OEM clutch is alright at the mo but reckon it will get spongey with prolonged use.
