amusingly the m4 sections at port talbot & newport already have 50mph limits (port talbot is permanant & newport is traffic / time related) also coincidental is that BOTH these areas have steelworks & associated heavy industry so maybe the pollution is not quite related to motor vehicles?
Rich. (previous employments as a contractor / steelworker at both sites)

Happened to be reading the local rag at Llandow on Saturday - major story, Port Talbot is the most polluted place in Wales!! Quelle surprise!!😂 The Welsh Assembly are not going to make itself unpopular by attacking the local big industry and major employer - no let's pick on the good old motorist, scapegoat for just about anything!

The welsh aero plod will save a fortune, with everybody driving slowly they will be able to ground their helicopters, on second thoughts there will be even more opportunities to trap the unwary, you need a fourth mirror in Wales pointing upwards...
