Like it, good job, all the money ive spent getting 3 extra hp out of my mk1 i could have bought one of these!!! Though i hope they have dealt with the body roll issue because a lot of reviews have mentioned it

Its not an issue, just a majority of press used to rock hard 'sporty' German machinery, but if that's your taste it is nothing that can't be sorted.

Yes probably right, though the reviewer that mentioned it the most was an American which I thought was ironic considering the suspensions on most US cars🤣

Though i hope they have dealt with the body roll issue because a lot of reviews have mentioned it It was the same with my Mk3 when I got my hands on it. They're set up all 'safe' and understeer-y. Nothing a few braces and ARBs won't sort out. It was the 1st mod I did to mine, within a few weeks.

Did I read something somewhere that said the UK mk3s' suspension was 'wrong' - in that some sort of 'error in translation' was made between the US and UK markets, which meant they rode a lot higher than they should have done?

Perhaps it was deliberate - they heard about the state of our roads😂

I seem to recall the higher ride height on the Mk3 was due to European pedestrian safety regs. Rather than redesign the front end in short order, Mazda just added 25mm to the springs. I can't seem to find an actual source of this though, so it may be just forum heresay/BS. As for the wallowy understeer tendency, this is a common thing for factory cars. Keeps people 'safe'.
