Does anyone know of any door bars that properly brace right across the door? I appreciate the TR lane and other such bars are built with access in mind, but I am not so fussed about such things! Want to stiffen it right up before I consider fibreglass door skins.

I make some, will add some pics but they attach properly onto the pillar at the front and onto the chassis at the back. I've only had 3 or 4 sets made so far and haven't really advertised them, but I have a set spare if you want them.

Can't find any decent pics of the finished ones, but I've found a few pics of the first development ones, so the mounting points can be seen. The finished ones are a piece of bent bar, not 2 bits welded like in the pics, and the mount plates at the front are a bit thicker but otherwise it's not far off what they look like.    Russell. |
