This is my last 5 which I bought in September 2009 and scrapped at the end of last year. Over the years It was supercharged and ran nitrous - in the end it just succumbed to rust and was no-longer financially viable to keep it on the road. I lost most of my pics when my hard drive failed, but here are a few of the pics i retrieved.
First visit to see the car:
With the exception of the soft top it was in pretty good condition.
6 years on and it looked like this:
And finally - here's the Merlot next to it's replacement, a 1995 1.8 Eunos Roadster
I'm not going to write any more on the Merlot build thread as I'm transferring the parts to the new car so a lot of it will be covered in the new build.
