Zed - Thanks, I will need to play around with the insulation more.

Atlex - I've tried to add a lot of weight on it, just made it worse... I think I need to try another way around - a lighter knob.

Davemk3 - I think they are an old version of JK Composite GT series. I see that the newer version has back support up top, which makes sense as my one is very flimsy up top.
