The jbfab mounts don't seem to mount the seat back as far as I'd like and seem impossible to fit to the car once fitted to the seat I looked at these a while back, the trick to get them in the car seems to be to bolt the front two seat bolts to the mounts, then the front two mount bolts to the floor, then pivot the seat forward to get the rear mount to floor bolts in, then drop the seat down and insert the rear seat to mount bolts.

I've now replaced the Sprint and have the ready-drilled runners spare if you want to try them first Marc... I managed to get my Bride in by first bolting in the mounts then the seat in after. The seat is quite narrow which meant I had a bit more room down the sides. But the JB Fab floor mounts had to be opened up to get it sitting centrally.

I'm 6'3". The Sprints on runners got me pretty low. Not low enough for a helmet under the hood but enough for pootling. The bride I would say I'm an inch lower if that. The back of the seat is right up against the bulkhead, I'll need to move the pedals to get decent legroom.

Was tempted to try a fibreglass seat from a kitcar bolted directly to the floor with the rear humps removed....might look into it at some point
