My front wings are a little bit rusty - I've Just been perusing ebay and can see a pair of fibreglass replacements for £150 and Moss also sell a set for £270. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with these and how the quality would compare to pattern and oem metal replacements.

I worry about crash protection! lol I am sure someone on here or the other forum had a pair in white with vents fitted to a Mariner Blue 5 - IIRC they require some trimming to fit but looked alright when done  |

The wings do require some fettling to get right, you need to drill your own holes and it takes some time to get the fitment right, and even after they're not perfect. I suppose it depends how OCD you are.
I think down the line I may modify some steel ones and go back to metal, more so for the fact i miss being able to lean/sit on my front wings hahaha
