I'm planning on taking my nc to the mx5 restorer for their rust treatment/dinitrol/cavity wax treatment, I'm based in Herts and Pevensey is about a 5 hour round trip with my other half driving down also then again a week or so later, which I'm happy to do if it's my best option but if I can get the same quality job that is as thorough as it would appear they provide but more local to me then happy days. Can anyone recommend such a company. The quality of the service is more important than distance travelled.

You could book a B&B and make a weekend of it when you drop it off!

I was under the impression they would have the car for a week or so(haven't spoke to them yet, I'm going by a thread on here)the plan was to do just that when it came to picking it up. I will probably end up going with them as they seem to have a good reputation.

I've dropped my car off there and come back by train (also to Herts); station's quite nearby.
Less of a chore than driving two cars there and one car back.
